We suggest you provide the location access so that we can know your address and can reach you on time for support.Step 4: Your request for selected help categories will be submitted to relevant officials for further action.
You will be given a REQUEST NUMBER as well after submitting the request.An SMS will also be sent to requestor with REQUEST NUMBER and REQUEST CATEGORY details.In case of requestor want to see the already submitted requests, the user can see the same under the "MY REQUESTS" section.What happens to my request?The mobile app directs your request to concerned districts and relevant officials.
